I guess this is a big dilemma for students who have opted for online coaching. In the name of online classes, students usually start their day, fully focused and teemed with determination, only to led astray by numerous distractions. A few tips and suggestions from my side would be : Using a PC instead of a smartphone :  A Decent PC can handle all your Zoom and google meet stuffs where lectures are usually delivered. Note that, if your PC is not so decent, and has minimal configuration settings, try installing and using older version of bluestacks. For eg, my PC was 10 years old had 2 GB RAM which wasn’t enough to run the latest version smoothly. But the older version worked pretty well.   1. If you have a smartphone, then probably have the best advice for you. Reach the highest position of your house(a terrace maybe) and throw as far as possible to destroy it into 101 pieces. Yes. Having a smartphone is never justified for whatever reasons. There are gonna be times, when you will feel weary and despondent and there are plethora of sources which are going to make you feel so. Poor scores, Backlogs, Typical teenage mental frustration are few. At such times, your very  humane  predisposition would be to discharge your feelings and deliberately distract yourself from the worries. It’s more like a  self destruction , and your smartphone becomes the launching pad for your self destruction. These low moments of a student’s life are when he/ she is likely to indulge into social media, addictive games etc. Stay away from Social media. Use Quora only for minuscule amount of time during the day.
