These are my suggestions based on my understanding and solving of decks. I havent solved each and every deck hence its not possible for me to review everything. Bhatia Ashwini Kumar Anatomy Deck

Divided into Unit wise subdecks: Head and Neck and Neuroanatomy: A few chapters of the Head And Neck were completed by Dr. Mukunda and a few others other created by me. The Deck is divided into subdecks, for the 'rest of the chapters' subdeck(created by Dir. Mukunda, it includes chapters from both Neuroanatomy and Head neck and Face. They are tagged chapter wise. The cards I have made are 95% cloze, I have also tried to include the extra things Ashwini sir has told, in the extras field. Anki has a learning curve, no short video will help you master you all the features of Anki. If you are planning to use Anki for a long term use, its essential you spend some time of yours now to set a solid foundation.
