1. Anking - made for usmle, contains pre & para clinical subjects from sources like FirstAid, Sketchy, Pathoma. (also has step2 cards which aren't very useful for pg exams)

2. I_ANKI (by AIR 05 '22) - mostly high yield cards and pyqs of INICET. But poorly tagged. You'll have to unsuspend subjects at a time or search topics by keywords

3. Panacea (AIR 11 '23) - built on top of Anking, most well tagged deck, too big - contains stuff from notes, marrow qbanks, pyts. Some cards are big and dense with information

These are my suggestions based on my understanding and solving of decks. I havent solved each and every deck hence its not possible for me to review everything.
